Dr. Agata Motyka-Pomagruk received a distinction in the competition for Polish Academy of Sciences’ Award for young scientists
This year, the Presidium of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk announced the 6th edition of the Scientific Award for young scientists. It was awarded to five laureates for original research achievements in the field of humanities and social sciences, biological and agricultural sciences, Life and earth sciences, technical and medical sciences to employees or doctoral students of scientific institutions in the following voivodeships: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie and Zachodniopomorskie.
A distinction in the competition for the Award of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk for the best creative work published in 2020 was awarded to Dr. Agata Motyka – Pomagruk from our laboratory for the publication:
– Motyka-Pomagruk Agata, Żołędowska Sabina, Misztak Agnieszka E., Śledź Wojciech, Mengoni Alessio, Łojkowska Ewa. Comparative genomics and pangenome-oriented studies reveal high homogeneity of the agronomically relevant enterobacterial plant pathogen Dickeya solani.
