  ,,Does the microbiome of agricultural soil influence the development of blackleg and soft rot diseases caused by pectinolytic bacteria of the genera Dickeya and Pectobacterium?” (Preludium 21; 2022/45/N/NZ9/01923) awarded by the National Science Centre in Poland to MSc Weronika Babińska-Wensierska

 UGrant-Start2 (533-N000-GS17-22) awarded as a part of the Excellence Initiative Research University (IDUB) to Dr. Agata Motyka-Pomagruk

 Innovation Incubator 2.0 (MNiSW/2019/169/DIR) financed by the EU Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 Project “Method of preparing plant material and method of detecting and identifying bacteria of the species Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum, Pectobacterium atrosepticum and bacteria of the genus Dickeya spp.

 Innovation Incubator 4.0 (MNiSW/2020/317/DIR) participation in the implementation of two projects regarding i) integration of documentation and research procedure for the detection of Pectobacteriaceae in plant material with the ISO 14001:2015 system and ii) extension of the scope of accreditation of the MWB Research & Development Laboratory IFB UG & MUG in terms of microbiological analyzes of water in accordance with ISO 6222:2004, 7899-2:2000 and 9308-1:2014.

 ‘Modifying Institutions by Developing the Gender Equality Plans (MINDtheGEPs)’ (Horizon 2020) awarded by the European Comission to the international consortium including 11 partners. From University of Gdansk the projekt will be headed by Prof. Ewa Łojkowska.

→ ‘Zastosowanie zimnych plazm atmosferycznych generowanych w kontakcie z przepływającym roztworem do bezpośredniej degradacji antybiotyków oraz obniżenia oporności wielolekowej w środowisku naturalnym’ (Sonata 15; 2019/35/D/ST8/04107) awarded by the National Science Centre in Poland to Dr eng. Anna Dzimitrowicz from Wroclaw Univeristy of Science and Technology. The projekt will be realized in consortium with Univeristy of Gdańsk represented by Dr eng. Wojciech Śledź.
