A new OPUS 30 project will be realised in our Laboratory:)
We are pleased to announce that we have secured funding of PLN 2,672,738 for the OPUS 30 project, “Highly efficient treatment of industrial mine wastewater as model environmental samples using cold atmospheric plasma technology for their biosafe reuse in building materials (CAPTURE),” which was acquired by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in a consortium with the University of Gdańsk from the National Science Centre.
The project manager is PhD Anna Patrycja Dzimitrowicz, a professor at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and the project manager on behalf of the partner is Dr. Eng. Wojciech Śledź from the Research & Development Laboratory.

Dr. Weronika Babińska-Wensierska awarded in the competition for young scientists of the Polish Academy of Sciences Branch Gdańsk!
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Weronika Babińska-Wensierska, Deputy Head of Technical Affairs at the Research & Implementation Laboratory, has received a distinction in the Gdańsk Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences Award Competition for young scientists in the biological and agricultural sciences for the best creative work published in 2025.
